Policy & Procedures 

 

• You must text or call your teacher directly regarding any lesson cancellations at least 12 hours in advance. If there is less than 12 hours notice for cancellation, fees will be forfeited.

• A maximum of one make up lesson for a 5 lesson package and two make up lessons for a 10 lesson package will be allowed due to the student's absence if the teacher was notified at least 12 hours in advance. 

 

• Make up lessons should be completed within the package and cannot be carried over to a new package cycle. The teacher will nominate available days to conduct make up lessons during the current package. If you cannot attend the nominated days the make up lesson will be forfeited 

 

• Students can't attend singing sessions when unwell as this puts a teacher and other students at risk. In emergency situation, an online lesson will be organised to replace the face to face lesson. 

 

• All lesson fees should be paid prior to the commencement of lessons. All lessons and packages are non-refundable.
